Omnidirectional performance is favorable.

Floor vibration was measured as vertical axis Class D, X axis Class E, and Y axis Class E, with relatively large vibration below 4 Hz.

With active control, the vibration environment on the isolation platform top surface is Z axis Class E, X axis Class F, and Y axis Class E, with favorable performance.

A 70 Hz vibration peak can be seen on transmissibility and octave-band graphs. It occurs when the equipment is running and disappears when the equipment is stopped, so it was confirmed to be unrelated to the isolation platform. VC-Class entries ignore the 70 Hz component.

The equipment image quality is poor; a ZEISS engineer is repairing an equipment-side issue.
