Overview
After installing the vibration isolation platform, the vibration environment was measured to verify that there is no issue with equipment use.

On the vertical axis the environment is G class; on the horizontal axes it is E class, which is favorable.
The built-in program transmissibility measurement is about −30 dB in all directions, indicating good isolation performance.
Strong impact vibration from nearby activity (items placed on the floor) was present, and machinery running at the adjacent station was causing visible image shake.
After installing the vibration isolation platform, brief shake occurs when impact vibration is applied; otherwise shake is not observed.
The microscope is moved vertically and horizontally for measurement, and objects about 15 kg–20 kg are placed on and removed from the platform. The passive state can therefore change.
Measurement positions and load conditions were varied assuming these situations, imaging was performed accordingly, and the customer was satisfied.
