Installation results summary

Good performance in all directions.

Floor vibration environment: vertical axis B-Class; horizontal X E-Class; horizontal Y D-Class.

On the active isolation top surface: vertical axis D-Class; horizontal X G-Class; horizontal Y F-Class; performance is satisfactory.

Per NEMO, the customer is fully satisfied.

The MB1000 internal program performance plots show peak markers similar to red circles; these appear to be mains-related noise. (Mains frequency in China is 50 Hz.)

Because the SEM’s internal passive isolation is operating, the mains noise is not expected to be an issue. (NEMO directly reviewed and judged it acceptable.)
