Conclusion

The vibration specification stated in the Thermo Fisher Scientific Site Survey report is given only for the Front to Back direction over the 0.5 - 1.6 Hz range, so this report lists the specification only for that range.

With the DVIA-ML3000 On, the equipment vibration specification was confirmed to be met in all directions.
