After installation of the isolation platform, the vibration environment was measured to confirm suitability for SEM operation.

Measurement conditions : Vibrations measured on both the tabletop of the isolation platform and the slab of the laboratory building.

With the platform installed at the surveyed floor slab, VC-Class readings were measured at Z-axis A-Class, X-axis C-Class, and Y-axis C-Class.
Above the tabletop, readings were VC-Class Z-axis E-Class, X-axis F-Class, and Y-axis F-Class.
Imaging performance after isolation installation was favorable.
With the instrument’s embedded program applied, performance measurements show approximately −30 dB at the 10 Hz reference across axes.
