Overview

가든파이브(송파)에 이전 설치된 DVIA-MB1000 튜닝 및 진동측정 진행하였습니다.

장비 안착 후 Turned off 상태로 진동측정 및 튜닝 진행하였습니다.

제진대 상부와 다량의 케이블이 접촉되고 있는 것을 확인하였습니다. 이는 제진대 성능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

DVIA-MB1000을 노트북과 연결하여 UI software을 통해 피드백과 피드포워드 튜닝 및 Brüel & Kjær사의 DAQ 측정장비를 이용하여 진동측정으로 성능점검을 진행했습니다.

Data를 VC-Curve로 표기 후 진동 수준에 대한 Reference 자료를 제공합니다.
