Decoupled Vibration-Free Workspace
The workstation features a structurally separated auxiliary side table (configurable to the left or right). This design completely isolates the workspace from the vibration isolation table, allowing users to place computers, monitors, and power supplies on the frame without transmitting mechanical noise or disturbances to the sensitive experimental zone.
Engineered Durability
The DVID-L workspace utilizes a premium phenolic laminate, a high-density material engineered for the rigorous demands of active laboratory environments. Unlike standard surface treatments, this laminate is manufactured by fusing layers of resin-impregnated kraft paper under extreme heat and pressure. This process induces polymerization, creating a solid, monolithic core with a cross-linked molecular structure that is inherently resistant to delamination and structural fatigue.
Ergonomics for Extended Operation
Designed to reduce operator fatigue, the DVID-L features a specialized front-mounted armrest. This allows users to lean comfortably for stability during delicate manual tasks without transferring vibrations to the isolated work surface. The open-front frame design also maximizes legroom for seated users.
Superior Pneumatic Vibration Isolation
The system utilizes advanced pneumatic isolators to deliver industry-leading stability. It achieves a low resonant frequency of 1.5 Hz – 3.0 Hz and effectively eliminates 80% – 90% of floor vibrations at 10 Hz, ensuring uncompromised precision for sensitive microscopy and optical applications.
