Overview

The DVIA-P2200 was installed on the 3rd floor of the P5 building at a Tier-1 electronics component manufacturer's Sejong site, and tuning and vibration measurement were performed.

The inspection and vibration measurement were conducted with the equipment installed and Turned off.

The measured data are presented as VC Curves, and reference vibration-level criteria are provided.

Conclusion

After installing the DVIA-P2200 in the P5 3F Clean Room at the Sejong site and tuning with the equipment Turned off, vibration measurement confirmed that the customer's required VC-B specification was met with ample margin on all axes. Floor vibration was at the VC-C to VC-D level, satisfying the criteria, and after tuning the platform vibration was further attenuated to VC-F in the vertical direction and VC-D to VC-E in the left-to-right and front-to-back directions, establishing an optimal environment for operating the BGA-PSP plating-thickness gauge. The current isolation performance and surrounding environment are very stable, and safe equipment operation is possible immediately without any additional measures.
