Overview

Inspection background: A vibration alert occurred on the DVIA-P4000 controller installed at Tier-1 Semiconductor Pyeongtaek site P4 3rd floor Line B05; an urgent inspection was requested to stabilize the system ahead of mass production.

Action and outcome: Feedback controller retuning was performed to secure control margin under both upper-equipment operating conditions (after Loading and after Unloading). VC-D was met stably on all axes.

Conclusion

Cause and action: Dynamic characteristics of the system change with upper-equipment state (after Loading, after Unloading). Feedback controller retuning was completed so the system operates stably under both conditions.

Performance verification: After tuning, oscillation was suppressed regardless of upper-equipment operating condition, and VC-D was met on all axes.

Notes:

1. VC-A/B is measured in 1/3 octave bands from 8-80 Hz, VC-C through VC-G from 1-80 Hz.

2. Detail size refers to line widths in microelectronics manufacturing or particle sizes in medical research.
