DAEIL SYSTEMS Joined Table System is a modular solution designed to expand optical workspaces by connecting multiple tables into a single, rigid platform. It enables versatile configurations—including end-to-end, side-to-side, and complex "L", "T", or "Cross" shapes—to accommodate large-scale experiments that exceed standard table dimensions.
To guarantee surface continuity, every system is manufactured as a matched set. Each unit is fully assembled and tested for flatness in the factory before being dismantled for delivery, ensuring that the on-site assembly achieves the precision and stability of a monolithic structure.
Monolithic Rigidity.
The system utilizes a high-precision, heavy-duty mechanical coupling mechanism that locks multiple table sections together. This engineered connection ensures that the joined tables behave structurally as a single, monolithic platform, minimizing relative motion and maintaining dynamic stability across the entire surface.
Precision Flatness Alignment
Manufactured as matched sets, the joining interfaces are machined to strict tolerances to ensure surface planarity. The connection system allows for fine adjustments during on-site assembly to achieve a perfectly flush transition between table tops, preserving the integrity of sensitive optical axes.
Seamless Grid Continuity
Pecision alignment ensures that the standard mounting hole grid (M6/1-4"-20) is maintained consistently across the joint. This allows for the unrestricted mounting of optical components and equipment, even directly bridging the seam between table sections.
Scalable Configuration
The modular design enables the construction of extensive optical workspaces that exceed the logistical limits of single-piece transportation. By coupling multiple table sections, the system supports large-scale experimental footprints while bypassing the size constraints inherent to standard shipping and installation.
