The DVIA-M3000 active vibration isolation platform has been retuned, but it has not yielded as much performance as desired. Intermittent amplification of the 11Hz band occurs on the X-axis. It is difficult to distinguish whether the vibrations in the 11Hz band are occurring in an active vibration isolator or on the equipment at the top, due to the limitations of remote tuning. Needs to measure if the top plate experiences vibrations in the 11 Hz band in the Active Off state.
