DVIM-M 멤브레인 공압식 아이솔레이터는 높은 수준의 수직 및 수평 축 제진성능을 제공하며,
무겁고 빠르게 움직이는 리니어 XY 스테이지의 진동을 효과적으로 감쇠하는데 최적화되어 있습니다.
고정밀 레밸링 밸브
높은 반복정밀도(leveling repeatability)가 요구되는 경우, 정밀형(±0.05mm) 레밸링 밸브를
아이솔레이터에 장착하여 장비의 안정화 시간(settling time)을 단축시킬 수 있습니다.
10 Hz 에서 80 – 90% 제진성능 (댐퍼 사용안할시)

BUILT-IN OIL DAMPER for Better Stability
and Faster Settling Time
The built-in oil dampers are installed with stoppers to limit the linear stage from moving beyond certain stroke range in the three horizontal directions.
The built-in oil damper provide high level of damping by an oil inside the dampers.
The higher the visocosity of the oil, the stiffer pneumatic vibration isolators which leads
to reduce the settling time, but the transmissibility roll-off rate decreases.
