DVIP series Floor Flatforms Isolators provide a custom-engineered-solution for the vibration   isolation of large, heavy duty - precision equipments  

Custom design on the customers requirements
 Each isolation system follows the overall steps, survey user requirement and instrument specification such as dimension, weight, vibration toleration, basis vibration level, the centroid and foot print of the instrument and special request and so on, for customer.

Bidirectinal Vibration Isolation
New developed isolators provide higher horizontal and vertical vibration isolation performance.

Self Leveling Top
 An air-operated system with three finger adjustable height control valves maintain the absolute level of the top plate automatically.

For Floor platform Isolator, each installation would be considered of being a custom-engineered-solution, it is necessary to be provided following

Equipment or instrument information(the catalogue, manufacturer, user manual, model No.)
Acceptable vibration level, mass, dimension(WxDxH),shape,load shift footprint details.
Illustration showing any hole pattern on the sub-floor or the steel beam/waffle slab geometry.
Type and location of the floor. where the equipment or instrument are setup.
A pre-installation site survey of the vibration level made by the equipment manufacturer(if possible)
