Stage
Available in 7different sizes : 38,60,85,100,110mm
in diameter and 40 x 40, 60 x 60 mm.
Coarse adjustment rotation of 360°and fine adjustment rotation(±5°)can
be performed.
Motorized stages are using ball bearing, angular bearings and
crossed-roller bearings for travel
guiding purpose.
Driving methods can be chosen from worm gear and belt drive. |

Goniometer
Stage
Goniometer stages are for tilting an axis
and
available in 3sizes: 25 x 25, 40 x 40, 60 x 60mm.
A dovetail groove and worm gear is adopted as
travel guide. As B54 is provided with a single
axis tilting mechanism, 8 types have been
prepared for conforming to the position of the
center of height and the dimensions of the stages |

Inclined
Stage
Inclined stage come in 3 sizes: 25 x 25,
40 x 40,
60 x 60mm. Single axis and 2 axes are selectable. Two types
df fine adjustment are
available: micrometer head(5µm/div.&
10µm/div.) and find screw type.
This stage is useful when the specimen is to be
tilted without regard to the center of the tilt. |

Stainless
Stage
The main bodies of stainless stages are
made of
stainless steel (SUS303). The use of stainless
steel offers the following three major advantages.
i. High Rigidity.
ii. Due to a small coefficient of linear thermal
expansion, dimensional changes caused by temperature changes
are small.
iii. High resistance to rust.
Linear motion stages come in two sizes:
40 x 40, 60 x 60mm.
Rotary stages come in two sizes: Ø60mm, Ø85mm |

Resolution Stage
Being provided with 2 micrometer, one for
coarse
and the other for fine adjustments. Due to adoption of our exclusive
lever mechanism systems, stage surface travel is carried out
in a
direct proportional translation(1:1)with the coarse
micrometer while feed for the fine micrometer is
performed at 1/10 translation. |
